  • What is this and how do we tap into our observations, knowledge, and generation of insights. How do we apply Design Thinking.

  • What we know balances with who we know. Collaborators, resources, funding. Do you know your network? For now and in the future? Can you mobilize systems through people?

    Skill focus: Interpersonal skills

  • Do you actively seek out feedback and input? Do you get information early to make adjustments? Feedback getting and applying must be a habit.

  • Things happen with resources. Resources come from making a financial case and showing the ROI. Do you have a solid footing in financial acumen? Have you put the numbers together? Budgets, grants, funding?
