Pam graduated from Chicago Booth’s MBA program and began her consulting career at Diamond Management & Technology Partners (now PwC). She later held key senior leadership roles at Strategy&, Huron Consulting Group, and Here Technologies.

With extensive experience recruiting top talent as both a consultant and hiring manager, Pam has a unique understanding of the hiring demands and the skills needed to succeed, and how early career talent gets hired and succeeds in the workforce.
